About the event

Full Payment Cost $620 per person for shared room. $760 per person for Private room. You will select your payment option on the registration form and then you will receive an email confirmation of the RSVP and in that email you will be  given  further details for payment. The initial confirmation email is NOT the official notice that your are "in". You must complete Payment 1 or the full payment to secure your space. Payment 1 must be received  on the day you register.  (exception is Checks but it  must be postmarked on the day that you register!)

Payment option 2. Zelle. You can also  pay using the Zelle transfer application, but if you are not a current user with our chapter & would like more info, the confirmation email will have the the  contact..  Currently only ASG San Jose members may use Zelle for payments.

Payment option 3. We will also accept checks, but prefer that you use Zeffy or Zelle.

Payment 1 or full payment is due August 1st, 2024

Payment 2 is due October 27.2024.

Spaces are filled only on the website. when all  slots are filled you will be added to  the Wait list

Payment 1 due August 1,2024. Shared room $310. $380 private room

Payment 2 due October 27, 2024 Shared room $310. $380 private room.

Full payment.  $620 shared room. $760 private room.

Please make your payments on time to avoid losing your space.

WE determine the acceptance of registration from the order of the online registrations.  It does not matter which payment option you choose, the determining factor is receiving the payment as outlined above. If  your check is postmarked a day after the initial date and we are full you will be place on the  waitlist don't deplay sending in your check.

No refunds after December 8, 2024, but you can "sell" your space to another ASG member  next on the wait list. 

Your place at the retreat is determined by 2 things. 1.  The date & time that you have completed the online registration. 2. Payment is received as outline above.  If you submit your payment a day later than your registration date (included a check being postmarked a day later +) and the late payment could cause you to be placed on the waitlist.  Don't delay with your payment!

If you find that you are on the waitlist you will receive an email from the retreat coordinaator when a spot has opened up along with instructions for registering for the retreat.

The retreat is only open to American Sewing Guild Members.
