ASGSJ Sewing Retreat, Private Room

Full Payment Cost $623  per person for shared room. $764 per person for Private room.

 For the initial registration you must purchase your "retreat ticket"  starting on August 8. 2024  using your Credit card. 

  You will be paying a registration deposit of $53 for a shared room or a Private room $64. You will receive an email confirmation of the order and in that email you will be  given a link for Zeffy along with other options to comple your payment(s).. The initial confirmation email is NOT the official notice that your are "in". You must complete Payment 1 or complete the full payment to secure your space.

You can also  pay using the Zelle transfer application, but if you are not a current user with our chapter & would like more info, the confirmation email will have the contact email for our treasurer and she can help you.  Currently only ASG San Jose members may use Zelle for payments.

 We will also accept checks, but prefer that you use Zeffy or Zelle.

Payment 1 or full payment is due August 8th, 2024

Payment 2 is due October 21. 2024.

Spaces are filled only on the website. when all  slots are filled please use the Wait list  Request button and fill out that form to be placed on the waitlist. 

Payment schedule.

Registration deposit $53 Shared room. $64 Private Room.

Payment 1 due August 8,2024. Shared room $285. $350 private room

Payment 2 due October 21, 2024 Shared room $285. $350 private room.

Full payment minus Registration deposit.  $570 shared room. $700 private room.

Your place at the retreat is determined by 2 things. 1.  The date & time that you have completed the online registration. 2. Payment is received as outline above.  If you submit your payment a day later than your registration date (included a check being postmarked a day later +) and the late payment could cause you to be placed on the waitlist.  Don't delay with your payment!

No refunds after December 3, 2024, but you can "sell" your space to anothe ASG member next on the wait list. 

If you find that you are on the waitlist you will receive an email when a spot has opened up & follow instructions for registering for the retreat.

The retreat is only open to American Sewing Guild Members.
