Full Payment Cost $653 per person for shared room. $794 per person for Private room. (FYI, the price options listed here are for both room types.)
For the initial registration you must purchase your "Step 1 of Payment 1" starting on August 7. 2025 using your Credit card on this - ASGsanjose website. Do not select Off line payment for this event! (Offline payment will not be available 8/7 to 8/14/25)
You will be paying Step 1, the online registration fee of $53 for a Shared room or a Private room $64. You will receive an email confirmation of the order and in that email you will be given a link for Zeffy along with other options to complete your payment(s).. The initial confirmation email is NOT the official notice that your are "in". You must complete Step 2 Payment 1 or complete the full payment to secure your space.
