Photos of the hand sewing project Ellen Tafeen and Ann Ziman participated in with the 4th graders at Beechwood School in East Menlo Park.
ASG volunteers cut and serged the pouches prior to the class. The students then hand sewed the sides, added buttons and glued on other embellishments. As you can see from the photos, the children loved the project and the school is interested in promoting additional sewing activities.
