Welcome! To the San Jose Chapter of the American Sewing Guild; serving sewing enthusiasts in and around the San Francisco Peninsula, South Bay, and Monterey Bay areas. We are part of a national, non-profit guild of people who love to sew.

 Please join us in celebrating your love of sewing.  We have several Neighborhood Groups which meet throughout each month. In addition we have national and local teachers who come to our chapter and provide our members with new techniques, trunk shows, and inspiration.

We participate in Community Service sewing projects, at the national and local level. 

This quarter we are hosting Lauri Dilbeck for two classes, Minor Sergery and Major Sergery!

Something New!! Once a quarter we will be offering a “Sit and Sew” day in a different location in our chapter. This will be a chance to sew with your fellow ASG members for the day. This is for personal sewing time; whatever you like, there is no set program. Think of it as a mini retreat.
