The ASG San Jose Board of directors is elected by the members.  The nominating committee receives nominations for board members.  A vote is taken at our general chapter meeting in the fall, and the new board is announced to the members.  Board terms run from January 1 through December 31 following the election. Our annual election was held at our November 7, 2009 chapter meeting.

 

Our next board meeting will take place on June 14, 2010 at 1:00 pm.  The meeting will take place at Louise Robinson’s home.  Please contact her for details.

 

We meet on a quarterly basis alternating day and evening meetings to accommodate the board members schedules.

 

Any member is eligible to attend these board meetings.  Please contact Louise Robinson for more information prior to attending.
